摘要: A total of three phosphorous acid (H3PO3)-tolerant and five metalaxyl-tolerant mutants Phytophthora capsici were recovered in vivo when populations ˜ 107 zoospores exposed to the chemical mutagen N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitro-soguanidine. No tolerant H3PO3 or metalaxyl by mass selection procedures. Two H3PO3-tolerant isolates had EC50 values vitro 69 415 μg/mL compared with 21 37 μg/mL, respectively, for parental from which they derived. These still pathogenic bare-rooted green pepper seedlings treated 900 H3PO3, whereas sensitive controlled only 150 mL H3PO3. Tolerant peppers growing soil drenched either 4500 4317 fosetyl-Al. In contrast, a drench 500 719 fosetyl-Al applied 24 hr prior inoculation. Metalaxyl-tolerant also insensitive s...
