摘要: Abstract Candida tropicalis is a commonly isolated non-albicans in Asia. In this clinical microbiology laboratory study, total of 1579 C. were during 2009–2014 and these 348 isolates tested for azole susceptibility. We show that the current rates fluconazole resistance increased from 2.9% 2009–2011 to 9% 2012–2014 ( P = 0.03). High minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) strongly associated with presence Y132F S154F mutations Erg11p. No amino acid changes observed Erg3p or Erg11p sensitive isolates. This suggests responsible resistance. Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) based phylogenetic analysis performed azole-resistant suggested possible clonal clustering antifungal-resistance.
