摘要: An in situ steady-state fluorescence (SSF) technique was applied order to study the dissolution process of polystyrene (PS) latex films. The effect molecular weight Mw PS on rate investigated. chains were copolymerized with (1-pyrene)methyl methacrylate make use pyrene (P) as a fluorescent probe monitor process. Seven different films prepared from P-labeled dispersions weights at room temperature. These then annealed 200 °C for 15 min complete film formation before dissolution. toluene (70 %)–cyclohexane (30 %) mixture monitored real time by watching change intensity P, IP. We used model that included both case I and II diffusion kinetics interpret results experiments. relaxation constants k0 coefficients Dd polymer measured. Two obtained, which attributed small long film, considering high polydispersity polymer. It also found values scaled according law ≈ M−n.
