摘要: Abstract Here we report the enhanced solvothermal reduction of graphene oxides using a mixed solution sulfuric acid and an organic solvent, such as DMF DMSO. Acid catalyzed dehydration increased speed resulting reduced showed less oxygen content higher electrical conductivity than those with only solvent. The C/O ratio 1.5 6.6 times by solution. In addition, oxide prepared highly improved capacitance during cyclic voltammetry measurement. This approach may provide effective synthetic method for high quality that can be used in wide range applications.
