摘要: The use of biopesticides, as a component integrated pest management (IPM), has been gaining acceptance over the world. An entomopathogenic organism should be highly specific and effective against target demonstrate potential to successfully processed by continuous production technology. Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) was discovered soil bacterium, which fulfills all these requirements due it used biopesticide in agriculture, forestry mosquito control. Studies basic biology Bt have shown that insecticidal activity is presence parasporal protein inclusion bodies, also called crystals, produced during sporulation determines its for insect species belonging different orders, act like stomach poison causing larval death. Environmentally safe-insect control strategies based on their crystal proteins are going increase future, especially with wide adoption transgenic crops. In this chapter, I summarized discovery description Bt.
