摘要: Bacillus thuringiensis spores and parasporal crystals were incubated in natural soil, both the laboratory nature. During first 2 weeks, spore count decreased by approximately 1 log. Thereafter, number of CFU remained constant for at least 8 months. B. did not lose its ability to make during residence soil. Spore survival was similar a commercial spore-crystal preparation (the insecticide) laboratory-grown spores. In contrast these results, that produced situ soil through multiplication added vegetative cells survived only short time. For additions variations pH had little effect on those weeks incubation. Also without various pretreatments before incubation or nutritional amendment desiccation Remoistening desiccated however, caused decrease numbers. Spores field show this, but degree nature probably never reached samples. The good after seemed be result their inability germinate We found no evidence hypothesis rapid germination conferred advantage.
