摘要: This work presents a sensitive method for the determination of formaldehyde. It is based on use modified alumina nanoparticles its preconcentration, this followed by new and simple catalytic kinetic determination. Alumina were chemically immobilization 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine via sodium dodecyl sulfate as surfactant. The formaldehyde retained adsorbent was then desorbed determined effect oxidation thionine bromate ion. Factors affecting preconcentration have been investigated. Formaldehyde can be detected in range from 0.05 to 38.75 μg L−1, no serious interferences observed. has successfully applied quantitation water, food, certain biological samples.
