摘要: In a case-control study in adult men from The Netherlands, the associations of work stressors with both exhaustion prior to first acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and AMI itself were explored. 133 AMI-cases reported more exhaustion, stressors, smoking than controls (i.e. neighborhood 192 hospital controls). After controlling for smoking, constituted firm risk indicator AMI; it was also positively associated particular conflicts at work. Work that may disrupt one's occupational career, increased responsibility (in younger AMI-cases), directly elevated AMI. Conflicts conducive through their exhaustion.
