摘要: Cannabinoid type 1 (CB1) receptors are expressed in the nervous and cardiovascular systems. In mice, CB1 receptor deficiency protects from metabolic consequences of a high-fat diet (HFD), increases sympathetic activity to brown fat, entails sleep anomalies. We investigated whether sleep-wake diet-dependent cardiorespiratory control is altered mice lacking receptors. knock-out (KO) intact wild-type (WT) were fed standard or HFD for 3 months, implanted with telemetric arterial pressure transducer electrodes scoring. Sleep state was assessed together heart rate (home cage), breathing (whole-body plethysmograph). Increases on passing light (rest) dark (activity) period KO significantly enhanced compared WT.
