Insulin Glargine and Acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes.

摘要: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in treatment elderly patients diabetes. Methods: One hundred and forty-four diabetes who received between December 2016 2017 Binzhou People’s Hospital, China, were selected divided into a control group an observation group, 72 each, using random number table. The was treated glargine, while acarbose. therapeutic effect, improvement quality life adverse reactions compared two groups. Results: After treatment, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2h postprandial (PBG) glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb Alc) groups lower than those before decrease degree significantly larger that (P 0.05). Conclusion: combination Glargine Acarbose can level diabetes, improve biochemical indicators, enhance life.
