摘要: Abstract The paper introduced an improved fabrication technique, by which the hydrophobic polymer monofilament fiber loading hydrophilic drug was obtained. micronized 5-Fu (5-fluorouracil) powders were homogeneously dispersed in PLLA (poly( l -lactic acid))–chloroform solution to form suspension, and then suspension solidified nonsolvent prepare fibers wet-spinning method under mild condition. diameter of drug-loaded range 50–250 μm. successfully encapsulated into with good stability, high content efficacy. MTT cytotoxicity assay vitro revealed satisfactory anticancer activity fibers. long-term release characteristics these also achieved. Furthermore, rate could be regulated formulation fabricating parameters, such as content, concentration composition flow wet-spinning. mechanism investigated described Fickian diffusion equation.
