摘要: Purpose: The presence of immunological dysfunction has not been well demonstrated in cancer patients. Recent studies have revealed that the immune response can be classified into types 1 and 2, present work function patients was studied from perspective these two response. Methods: Types 2 were evaluated by monitoring production various cytokines peripheral blood mononuclear cells 38 with advanced organs 20 healthy subjects. usual parameters, differential cell leukocyte counts, level T subsets (CD4 CD8) natural killer activity also examined. Results: interleukin-2 (IL-2), interferon γ, IL-10, IL-12 tumor necrosis factor α found to significantly lower (75 ± 57, 171 205, 40 34, 8 8, 1450 1010 pg/ml) than subjects (143 99, 422 296, 64 16 10, 2550 950 pg/ml); however, mean IL-4 seemed higher. correlations between different cytokine levels suggested they produced differently. Lymphocyte counts patients, but there no difference other parameters. Conclusions: Patients are deficient monocytes type measurement reported this study provides a more sensitive valuable tool for evaluating cell-mediated immunity do tests.
