摘要: Abstract The metabolism of purine nucleosides was studied in both intact Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells and cell-free extracts obtained from these cells. Tracer experiments with indicate the formation inosine hypoxanthine adenosine inosine. With initial reaction is phosphorolytic cleavage to free base plus ribose 1-phosphate, except case adenosine, which first deaminated enzyme(s) responsible for phosphorolysis apparently specific acts on inosine, guanosine, xanthosine. can be partially purified cell by fractionation ammonium sulfate. 1-phosphate produced shown α-isomer, evidence its further via pentose phosphate pathway.
