摘要: Inverse dynamics models used to investigate musculoskeletal disorders associated with handle gripping require accurate phalangeal kinetics. Cylindrical handles wrapped pressure film grids have been in studies of We present a method fusing six degree-of-freedom hand kinematics and kinematic calibration cylinder-wrapped film. Phalanges are modeled as conic frusta projected onto the grid, automatically segmenting map into regions interest (ROIs). To demonstrate method, segmented maps presented from two subjects substantially different length body mass, cylinders 50 70 mm diameter. For each ROI, surface-normal force vectors were summed create reaction vector center location. Phalangeal magnitudes for data sample similar that reported previous studies. evaluate our surrogate was designed such when phalanx it would generate ROI around cells under its supports; classification F-score above 0.95 both handles. Both human subject results evaluation suggest approach can be segment quantifying kinetics fingers during cylindrical gripping.
