摘要: We are witnessing a new era of immune-mediated cancer therapies and vaccine development. As the field vaccines advances into clinical trials, overcoming low immunogenicity is limiting step in achieving full success this therapeutic approach. Recent discoveries many biological roles chemokines tumor immunology allow their exploitation enhancing recruitment antigen presenting cells (APCs) effector to appropriate anatomical sites. This knowledge, combined with gene therapy virology, allows researchers employ as potential adjuvants. review will focus on recent murine human studies that use anti-cancer
