摘要: The fetus expresses paternally derived antigens that are genetically foreign to the mother, so how does fetal allograft survive gestation, unharmed by maternal immune system1? In fact, has no direct contact with system, and it is trophoblast of placenta membranes which forms interface between tissues. This chapter examines nature responses fetoplacental unit they regulated.
