摘要: Abstract For the appropriate management of mercury, sources emissions and release, as well amounts released, need to be clarified. We developed a mercury inventory for Malaysia by measuring actual levels in two solid waste incineration facilities (SWIF-a SWIF-b) coal-fired power station, concentrations combustion residues feedstock. The concentration from SWIF-a ranged 1.1 27.6 μg/Nm3, while that SWIF-b averaged 35.1 μg/Nm3. estimated station 5.2 39.5 μg/Nm3. release into various media, applied substance flow analysis link flows stocks. total potential 2012 were an 7.60–59.09 Mg (7.60–38.09 Mg excluding artisanal small-scale gold mining [ASGM]). measurements SWIFs used refine Malaysia. In future, it will necessary create reliable inventories both atmospheric other media collecting more measurement data.
