摘要: Intercellular communication mediated by extracellular vesicles is crucial for preserving vascular integrity and in the development of cardiovascular disease. Extracellular consist apoptotic bodies, microvesicles, exosomes that can be found almost every fluid compartment body like blood, saliva, urine. In recent years, a lot reports came up suggesting major metabolic pathologies atherogenesis, heart failure, or diabetes are highly influenced transfer microRNAs via leading to altered protein expression phenotypes recipient cells. The following review will summarize fast developing field intercellular signaling biology microRNA-containing vesicles.
