摘要: Objectives: This study evaluated the histomorphometric and clinical outcomes of maxillary sinus floor elevation using deproteinized bovine bone mineral (DBBM). Material methods: Maxillary sinuses with a residual vertical height <5 mm were augmented DBBM alone before implant placement 9 months later. At time surgery, trephine samples removed histological analyses performed to examine percentage graft point counting software-aided analysis. Patients recalled for radiographic examination up 3 years later. Results: Twenty-five patient specimens analysed. The percentages regenerated material 19% 40%, respectively. Software-aided analysis was comparable counting. Twelve patients attended follow-up. Implants placed into this exhibited success survival rates 100% after an average follow-up years. gained 7.9 mm. Conclusions: use in is predictable method gain posterior maxilla. To cite article: Lee DZ, Chen ST, Darby IB. grafting mineral: study. Clin. Oral Impl.
