摘要: Advanced oral cancer has a poor prognosis because of the lack an effective treatment. We explored efficiency combined treatment with triptolide and ionizing radiation for treating cancer. Human tongue cells were treated triptolide, radiation, or triptolide plus radiation. Cell proliferation, cell cycle arrest, apoptotic influences analyzed by FACS immunohistochemistry. Tumor potency was examined in vivo human cells xenograft mouse model.
