摘要: Hisactophilins are myristoylated proteins that rich in histidine residues and known to exist Dictyostelium cells a plasma membrane-bound soluble cytoplasmic state. Intracellular translocation of these response pH changes was monitored using hisactophilin fusions with green fluorescent protein (GFP) confocal laser scanning microscopy. Both the normal mutated non-myristoylated fusion shuffled within pH-dependent manner. After lowering pH, translocated minutes between cytoplasm, membrane nucleus. The role clusters on surface molecules binding their transfer nucleus is discussed basis switch mechanism.
