摘要: As global competition increases, technological capability must be evaluated objectively as one of the most important factors for predominance in and to ensure sustainable business excellence. Most existing evaluation models utilize either quantitative methods, such patent analysis, or qualitative expert panels. Accordingly, they may danger reflecting only fragmentary aspects capabilities, produce inconsistent results when different are used. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a comprehensive framework evaluating capabilities energy companies by considering complex properties knowledge. For purpose, we first explored various affecting divided into three categories: individual, organizational, technology competitiveness. Second, identified appropriate items each category measure capability. Finally, using hybrid approach developed an method item suggested combine results. The proposed was then verified with generation supply company investigate its practicality. earliest attempts evaluate multi-faceted model can support strategic planning.
