摘要: Abstract When added to platelet-rich plasma, aqueous extracts of garlic inhibited platelet aggregation and the release reaction. Subsequent experiments designed characterize inhibitory component revealed that activity was i) associated with small molecular-weight components, ii) possessed typical odor contained an abundance sulfur, iii) could be extracted organic solvents, iv) temperatures above 56° C alkaline pH 8.5 quickly destroyed activity.
