摘要: Water authorities are dealing with the challenge of ensuring that there is enough water to meet demand in face drought, population growth and predictions reduced supply due climate change. In order develop effective household management programs, managers need understand factors influence use. Following an examination re-analysis current consumption behavioral models we propose a new model for understanding consumption. We argue trust plays role consumption, since people will not save if they feel others minimizing their use (inter-personal trust). Furthermore, less likely do authority (institutional This paper proposes fully involved determining impact on needs investigation.
