摘要: Abstract: The future of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine depends on the development methods to successfully expand differentiate stem cells in a specific reproducible manner. fabrication scaffold that supports growth differentiation is highly desirable. This chapter addresses ways which cell culture surfaces can be modified order direct behaviour. Surfaces aid expansion whilst maintaining multipotency are addressed followed by discussion tailored along lineages. Finally use surface modifications maintain differentiated their terminal phenotype covered.
