摘要: The satisfactory substitute for catgut suture, Vicryl (polyglactin 910) was used in fifty-three patients who underwent general and thoracic surgical procedures. Theoretical advantages of increased strength, controlled absorption by slow depolymerization dissolution, superior handling characteristics were confirmed. No suture-related complications observed.
