摘要: The OVGP1 is an oviductal glycoprotein that has positive effects on fertilization and early embryo development. We have amplified sequenced the rabbit gene, which spans 13 kb it formed by 11 exons 10 introns. To find polymorphisms, a region encompassing promoter to intron 1 been in 22 rabbits of H, V, R, A Spanish lines. identified five SNPs one triallelic microsatellite region, three dinucleotide INDEL 1. polymorphic sites cosegregate forming two haplotypes. allelic frequencies analyzed 98 belonging four lines alleles were found all relative quantification mRNA liver, kidneys, lungs, skeletal muscle, ovary, uterus, oviduct reveals expression 5,500 higher than uterus or whereas low level basal detected non-reproductive tissues. also compared between samples oviducts taken from non-mated at different stages pregnancy, but no significant differences found.
