摘要: Friction coefficients in spread formulas were studied under low width-to-thickness ratio. The effects of all the factors on friction considered as different roughness surfaces. After lead rolling experiments 5 grades, obtained. With changing ratio, reduction rate and ratio diameter roller to thickness, nominal which can be used these calculated. Then, a fitting expression was proposed, comparing with results measured 232 times tests, errors calculated by are mostly less than 12%. certain self-learning, no more 2%. varying coefficients, will predicted accurately. When coefficient is predict real working condition, also agreement ones, This credible reference solution about how set would practical industrial production.
