摘要: Abstract In this paper, an analytical model of ECAP process with eccentric unbonded bimetal rod is proposed by slab method. Based on the discussion, effects eccentricity ratio and diameter inner as well geometrical parameters mold bonding are obtained. Also first time that different material arrangements both taken into consideration in ECAP. Two kinds rods researched, when outer pipe hard core soft, will be relieved. When soft hard, enlarged.
