摘要: The dynamical strength of adhesion molecules under a time-dependent force is studied theoretically using analytical and numerical methods. On- off-rates are calculated self-consistently the full potential rather than usual linear approximation. Rebinding events lead to finite at zero loading rate with subsequent increase rate. In adjacent non-linear regime, increases more strongly logarithmically effective exponents up about 1/2.
