摘要: The properties of internal-surface reversed-phase silica packings developed for use in high-performance liquid chromatography, were investigated with regard to the effects mobile phase conditions (pH, ionic strength, nature and concentration organic modifiers, ion-pairing agent surfactant) on retention some selected compounds having different polarities. results indicated that pi-electron interactions play main role solute retention, although it is weaker than phenylsilica supports, weak cation-exchange exert a secondary effect solutes. was found be markedly weakened phases containing an anionic counter ion. In contrast, addition surfactant (SDS) caused marked increase certain drugs at low pH expanded range applicable plasma samples. Based these findings, separation recovery several (probenecid, lidocaine, cefpiramide cefaclor) from human investigated, emphasis their protein bindings. contour chromatogram also demonstrated relation selection detection wavelength.
