摘要: The studies have been done on patient-specific human adipose-derived from mesenchymal stem cells (hADSCs) like a series of autologous growth factors and nanofibrous scaffolds (3D culture) will probably many benefits for regenerative medicine in type 1 diabetes mellitus (TIDM) patients the future. For this purpose, we established polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) scaffold differentiation protocol by adding platelet-rich plasma (PRP) that induces hADSCs into insulin-producing (IPCs). characteristics derived IPCs 3D culture were compared with conventional (2D) groups evaluated at mRNA protein levels. viability induced pancreatic was 14 days. vitro showed treatment resulted differentiated strong including pancreatic-like cells, expression islet-associated genes levels comparison 2D group. Furthermore, immunoassay tests these two are functional secreted C-peptide insulin glucose stimulation challenge. results our study first time demonstrated PVA along optimized PRP can enhance hADSCs. In conclusion, provides new approach to future tissue engineering beta cell replacement therapies T1DM.
