摘要: The effect of residual thermal stresses on the fatigue crack growth laser-surface-annealed AISI 304 stainless steel, especially stress redistribution ahead tip was extensively evaluated in study. Based finite element simulation, longitudinal tensile field has a width roughly 20 mm laser-irradiated surface and symmetric with respect to centerline laser-annealed zone (LAZ). Meanwhile, compressive distributed over wide region away from LAZ. After introducing notch perpendicular LAZ, distribution became unsymmetrical about High exist within narrow range tip. improved resistance specimen might be attributed those induced stresses. As passed through completely reverted into existence unanimous maintained, even if extended deeply Additionally, presence did not accelerate rate compact tension specimen.
