摘要: The depletion of fossil fuel and environmental pollution has become world crucial issues in current era. Biodiesel-water emulsion is one many possible approaches to reduce emissions. In this study, emulsified biodiesel with 4%, 6% 8% water contents were prepared be used as a direct injection compression ignition engine. performance indicator such brake power, specific consumption (BSFC) thermal efficiency (BTE) emissions NOx particulate matter (PM) investigated. engine was set at constant speed 2500 rpm load from 20% 60%. All the results compared B5 (blend 95% petroleum diesel 5% palm oil biodiesel) biodiesel. At low load, BSFC decrease by 12.75% 4% ratio decreased 1.5% ratio. However, increases 17.19% increasing B5. Furthermore, there no significant power BTE 60% load. For 40% some variance regarding BTE. Significant reduction PM 73.87% 20.00% respectively achieved 8%. Overall, it observed that biodiesel-water an appropriate alternative method
