摘要: Abstract Porous glass-ceramics have been prepared by the direct sintering of powder mixtures metallurgical silicon slag and waste glass. The thermal behavior was examined differential analysis thermogravimetry to clarify foaming mechanism porous glass-ceramics. mass loss below 700 °C attributed oxidation amorphous carbon from residual coke in slag, gain above 800 °C passive carbide. porosity sintered characterized terms apparent density pore size. By simply adjusting content glass parameters (i.e. temperature, time heating rate), changed 0.4 g/cm 3 0.5 g/cm , size 0.7 mm 1.4 mm. In addition existing crystalline phases gehlenite phase appeared compressive strength firstly increased then decreased with reaching a maximal value 1.8 MPa at 750 °C. mechanical primarily influenced crystallinity interfaces between glassy matrix. These exhibit superior properties such as light-weight, heat-insulation sound-absorption, could found their potential applications construction decoration.
