摘要: Abstract Yield line patterns of T-stubs connected by thread-fixed one-side bolts (TFOSBs) are investigated when they fail due to complete flange yielding under tension using finite element analysis. Parametric studies carried out compare TFOSBs and those nut-fixed bolts. Effects the width, thickness, bolt middle distance, end distance diameter on yield tensile strengths presented. Analysis results show that strength is slightly lower than The width main factor affects TFOSBs. For having length ratios within range studied here, with increase in pattern gradually changes from a double curvature non-circular pattern, then circular individual eventually hole pattern.
