摘要: Composite nanofibres were prepared by electrospinning from a solution of chondroitin sulfate and polyvinyl alcohol. The sulfate/polyvinyl alcohol (CS/PVA) mass ratios 7/3 has uniform smooth morphology, the average diameter was 136nm. Combretastatin A-4 phosphate loaded on used as model for testing drug release crosslinked with glutaric dialdehyde. morphology structure determined using scanning electron microscopy. In order to assess their possible application tissue engineering scaffolds, toxicity cytocompatibility tested methylthiazolydiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide assay.
