摘要: Low-risk and high-risk breast cancer patients are stratified primarily according to their lymph node (LN) status grading. However, some low-risk relapse, have a favorable clinical outcome, implying need for better prognostic predictive tests. Micro RNAs often aberrantly expressed in microRNA-21 is upregulated variety of cancers, including cancer. High miR-21 levels been associated with poor prognosis. To determine the cellular localization compare its expression histopathological features, we performed situ hybridization semi-quantitative assessment signal on 12 LN negative grade I (assumed low risk), positive II (high risk) cancers. was predominantly seen fibroblast-like cells, no difference between carcinomas. Immunohistochemical scoring proliferation marker Ki-67 tumor suppressor p53 showed that significantly correlated score (p = 0.043), whereas correlation found. Our results indicate may contribute improve stratification growth rate facilitate tailored treatment patients.
