Research of the relationship between delayed fluorescence and net photosynthesis rate in Spinach under NaCl stress

摘要: Under NaCl stress conditions, the relationship between delayed fluorescence (DF) and net photosynthesis rate (Pn) in detached leaves of spinach ( Spinacia oleracea L.) was surveyed. Results showed that changes in DF intensity the spinach directly exposed to different concentrations demonstrated considerably high consistency with in Pn. Incubation 200mmol/L induced a gradual increase subsequent decline intensity and Pu, whereas incubation 300mmol/L continuous Pn, suggesting bad same response duration treatment NaC1 Pn. Both DF and Pn maximal Ca 2+ antagonism effects on concentration when CaC1 2 reached l5mmolfL. All results has an excellent correlation can be used as a sensitive test for state photosynthetic apparatus under salt physiology.
