Electric Field Annealing on 3104 Aluminum Alloy Sheets: Evolution of Microstructure and Texture

摘要: The cold-rolled 3104 aluminum alloy sheets were annealed without and with an electric field. Results show that the field can greatly postpone recovery recrystallization processes, enhance Cube texture component. effect of lies in it decreases concentration electronegative vacancies by attracting them to electropositive sample surface, thus reducing stored energy for recrystallization.
