摘要: A magnetic storage system in which a magnetoresistive (MR) transducer utilizes high coercivity material to produce bias field for achieving higher signal output with low currents narrow track width applications. Strips of contiguously contact opposite track-overlying edges an MR layer. Each strip has horizontal component magnetization times its thickness that is at least equal the layer before biased by strips, and each direction canted angle φ from component. The asymmetrically positioned between spaced shields separated conductive nonmagnetic spacer shunt Alternatively, replaced reduced soft film centered strips also overlying
