摘要: Two approaches are described, which aid the selection of most appropriate procurement arrangements for a building project. The first is multi-attribute technique based on National Economic Development Office path decision chart. A small study described in utility factors involved were weighted by averaging scores five 'experts' three hypothetical projects. A concordance analysis used to provide some evidence any abnormal data sources. When applied data, one experts was seen be atypical. The second approach means discriminant analysis. This found reasonably consistent predictions through functions. also showed quality criteria have no significant impact process. Both provided identical and intuitively correct answers described. Some concluding remarks made potential future research development techniques.
