摘要: We report the case in order to examine effect of a mobile application program ("Diabetes & Nutrition") developed 2011-2012 for self-management patients with type 2 diabetes and recommend important considerations when is developed. A 46-year-old man was newly diagnosed 2013 had no complications. The height patient 168 cm body weight 75.6 kg. Nutrition education conducted according medical prescription, follow-up nutrition after 3 6 months. After education, engaged using "Diabetes Nutrition" during At months, decreased by 4.4 kg (from 71.2 kg), waist circumference 5 88 83 cm) HbA1c level from 7.9% 6.1%. Also at medication reduced dose 850 mg 500 metformin per twice day. Since then, did not continue use because blood glucose stabilized, felt inconvenient annoying program. significant change composition observed comparison those present demonstrates that early could be helpful glycemic control diabetes.
