摘要: Purpose Little is known about whether the pressure adjacent to ulnar nerve actually increased in patients with cubital tunnel syndrome or if it a causative factor. We measured during surgery and verified not there was an association patient age, duration of disease, motor conduction velocity, severity neuropathy. Methods Eight elbows 8 average age 62 years were treated surgically extraneural pressures within by using fiberoptic microtransducer. Pressure 3 times elbow fully extended then flexed 130°.
