摘要: Alcohol intoxicated adolescents (AIA) in emergency department are an important target group for prevention and valid information on their familial risk protective factors (RPF) is crucial implementing customized family-based counseling hospitals. We therefore, examined the psychometric characteristics of scales which assess RPF. used seven family from Communities That Care Youth Survey Instrument (CTC-F7); four factors: conflicts, poor management, parental attitudes favorable towards drug use/antisocial behavior; three attachment, opportunities rewards prosocial involvement. To physical emotional abuse neglect, we created a new scale composed six items Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ-6). tested these eight 342 AIA aged 13-17. Based classical test theory calculated descriptive item statistics internal consistency. assessed construct validity by confirmatory factor analysis with Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimation sample imputed missing values (EM-Algorithm). check robustness, repeated analyses complete cases, multiple data, methods suitable categorical data. SPSS 21, AMOS 21 R (randomForrest lavaan package). Three CTC-F showed properties analysis. A ML-confirmatory model five latent fitted remaining best (CTC-F5). The structure CTQ-6 characterized first-order (physical abuse, neglect) one second-order factor. global goodness-of-fit indices CTC-F5 demonstrated acceptable fit (for both models: TLI CFI>0.97, RMSEA 0.7). final newly developed demonstrate to good sample. facilitate psychometrically sound assessment RPF this vulnerable prevention.
