摘要: The high prevalence of preexisting immunity to the commonly used adenoviral vectors, as well requirement for readministration vector multiple therapeutic applications, necessitates development a panel immunologically distinct vectors against which neutralizing antibodies are rare in human populations. We have completely sequenced three chimpanzee-derived adenoviruses, Pan 5, 6, and 7, molecularly cloned E1-deleted genomes from each bacterial plasmids. All were grown titer HEK 293 cells. Neutralizing chimpanzee not detected serum samples subjects. In vitro cross-neutralization using rabbit antisera vivo experiments mice demonstrated that or 9 cross-neutralize one another but do neutralize 6. These results indicate may be useful vaccines gene therapy populations should allow applications require administrations.
