摘要: Microbes have selected primarily carbohydrates for attachment to host animal cells. Recent studies revealed essential characteristics in the recognition of receptor carbohydrates. Of importance is property recognizing also sequences placed inside an oligosaccharide chain, which differs from most antibodies.
