摘要: Abstract : Process Simulation Modeling (PSIM) technology can be used to evaluate issues related process strategy, improvement, and tool adoption, project management control, design. Recent developments in PSIM tools have drastically cut the costs develop models for evaluating such issues, new methods been developed apply PSIM, enabling it provide greater business value. At same time, trends within software industry towards improving operations reducing heightened need better plan manage processes. As a result, organizations regard as an attractive that value today. This report shows examples of how has implemented government improve consistency results. The also shows, via many examples, exactly supports Capability Maturity Model Integration Areas from level 2 through 5.
