摘要: Pressures for more complex products, customer dissatisfaction and problems related to cost schedule overruns increase the need effective management response improvement of software development practices. In this context, cultural aspects can influence interfere in a successful implementation process program. This paper explores issues, discussing detailed way one de-motivator factor implement successfully action. The analysis was carried out organization provided some insights into how would overcome it. We backed our studies conducting simulation. Our findings suggest that other than finance, technology should be among first concerns taken account when implementing Software Process Improvement main contribution is give evidences small change behavior team members improve quality product reduce rework.
