摘要: Managing a successful Software Process Improvement (SPI) is challenging issue that many software companies face today. Many have invested huge amount of money in improving their processes. This can be confirmed through several papers present the results SPI programs. However, as pointed out by literature, these programs encountered difficulties to achieve desired benefits. usually not caused incorrect new processes, but due inadequate implementation and, particularly adoption. paper evaluates an program, discussing its problems with emphasis on adoption issues. The analysis was carried case study development organization. Our findings suggest other than finance, technology and issues, aspects, particular effective strategy, are needed program. main contribution give evidences process assessed improved using objective measurements available methods practices. In particular, we measure practice, analyzing evolution practices rework during two projects. KeywordsSoftware SPI; Implementation; Adoption; Rework
